Welcome to the Airline Oxygen Council of America (AOCA). AOCA is a coalition of individuals and organizations whose objective is to ease air travel for those who require supplemental oxygen. The Airline Oxygen Council of America collaborative efforts have helped to achieve an amendment to the Air Carrier Access Act that now make it mandatory for all airlines to allow DOT-approved individually owned Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POCs) to be used as carry-on items, effective May 13, 2009.
